Featured Membership Benefits

  • Innovation Think Tank

Members will have the opportunity to both participate in the Innovation Think Tank (ITT) and introduce ideas which they are having trouble with and want to have the group provide solutions and detailed feedback.

SSC members will have the option of participating in multiple Think Tank sessions and seeing the results and presentations of the individual groups. The goal of the ITT is to provide members a forum to drive innovation and drive complex solutions to problems members serve up. The ITT will have monthly meetings and other scheduled meetups as the group deems necessary.

  • Membership Meetings

General membership meetings of the Sunshine Sports Council will take place monthly and will be done so using an on-line meeting link. Agendas will be generated by Sunshine Sports Council Founders, Matt Dunn, Ravi Rajcoomar and Kevin Smith. Discussion on industry hot topics will help to form a consensus for the State and work to educate Council members. Topics may range from general business practices, to registration platforms, housing trends, world and societal issues, the bid process, event creation, vendor presentations, and destination updates among other topics.

A meeting link will be distributed to each member of the Council in a timely manner. Recordings from each digital meeting will be saved, cataloged, and distributed to the membership. Topic suggestions from the membership will be highly encouraged and requested.
